Doesn't follow through. Let my filters get so plugged up they weren't filtering anything. Never showed up after leaking water softner was reported. Not sure what happened to him,  he used to be pretty good.

Bruce did a great job installing our water softener system. He was able to provide us with the knowledge we needed as first time water softener owners. Highly recommend him for any of your water treatment needs.
