I just fell in love with this place the moment I walked in. Yesterday was my very first experience of this place and there’s definitely going to be a return visit. My friend actually took me here for coffee; this is indubitably one of the best coffee I’ve tasted in New Haven. The place very clean and the workers are super nice. There’s also wheelchair accessible entrance for the differently able.

Enjoyed the Western on a Whole Wheat Bagel. Also sat down at one of the available tables for dine in. Great location in downtown New Haven Ct.

Best bagels around! I am adding to my post.  I cannot say enough about this Brueggers!  Today it was Brueggers Birthday and it was a huge celebration! Plus, three free bagels for all too! The staff is always very welcoming when you walk in and they remember everyone's name! It is nice to see that there is still true customer service in this world!

Delicious bagels made right there with a variety of toppings/sandwich choices. Got two breakfast bagels and two coffees. The coffees were quite large and ran out of house blend so we tried hazelnut which was great. The place was busy early Saturday morning which goes to show it’s popularity. Would definitely return.

Veggie bagel was amazing! Definitely a must go  no indoor dining available but food was great.

I have been visiting this particular location for 2 years now. The manager Bert works hard and it shows within the restaurant. Each time I visit I am greeted with a smile, the restaurant is always very clean, floors are clean, and I check the front door and it never has fingerprints on it. It's organized and well stocked cases are always full. The entire staff is trained properly and I never have an order that was incorrect. They always get my special requests correct. Bagels are hot and fresh. The coffee its made exactly how it should taste. Bert is not someone you would want to leave a company. She is an asset. She is worth every dollar. Poppy Seed Salt

Ordered online from the App and it said to stop by within 15 to 20 mins to pick up my order. Already purchased I get there about half hour on a rainy day, and they said they never had my order to wait 5 minutes because it usually takes them 5 minutes to receive the order once it’s placed. I let them know I placed the order half hour ago and the lady that was in the counter with a bad attitude said she needs a receipt for proof of purchase which I understand because I worked in retail before and I know the policy for purchase like these. In this circumstance the app never sent me a receipt by email. I only have the recent purchase with the amount spent the location the order was sent to and the initials of the brunch box. The lady said it wasn’t enough proof and to call customer service to complain to them about what happen. I call customer service and it tells me to send my complaint to their email, which I did and up to today I haven’t got a response. So I couldn’t even get my order. Basically left the store with my money stolen. I lived the bagels and all but guess me and my family are not coming back here anymore. Even with the bad attitude the employees gave me couldn’t even help me further they just tell me to call customer service and one of them was saying something while I was on the phone acting like I didn’t hear her.

Absolutely amazing! Best bagels Ive had. Crisp outside, fluffy and soft inside. A co worker brought some in to work one day and after that I have gone out of my way to stop at their stores. I usually go to the New Haven location.

I usually only write reviews when something is exceptional or something is completely awful. Bruegger's was absolutely exceptional today. I ordered catering for my company for delivery and they were right on time! The lady who delivered I'm so sorry I forgot your name, I'm terrible with them, accidentally forgot the coffee. She ran back to the store and was back about 5 minutes later with it and apologized profusely. I still wanted to give a tip for being a great company and delivery driver, but she refused saying she wouldn't feel right taking it because she had to have me come out twice to grab the food/drinks from her and she is also the GM of the store and won't take it. I really wanted to tip, but she thanked me for being so understanding. Great food, prices and service. I truly appreciate it all and will absolutely be ordering our bagels from them for any catered breakfasts going forward!!! Thank you again!
