Ordered 6 everything bagels.  They only had 3 at 9:30AM.  Had to get 3 of a different kind  They would not toast or top my bagels.  Had to buy 2 tubs of cream cheese to take with me.  Had no problem charging me $23, though.

This location has to be the worst run Brueggers I have ever been to.  We have actually driven 10 extra minutes to go to a better location multiple times.  I was short on time today so decided to give the local one another shot.  Ordered online 50 minutes before closing get to the location 10 minutes later and walk into the lady telling me they can't complete my order because the are out of bagels.  No notification prior just walked in and she says sorry we are all out and that they are about to close.  I told her they don't close for another 35 minutes and she said that they turned off the ovens at noon!  The drinks/cream cheese had already been put away.  The icing on the cake, when I said ok fine how do I get a refund she said sorry you have to take that up with corporate I can't help you.  The other lady working stepped in and at least went and got me the phone number.  The bagels are regularly sub par and that was a terrible display of customer service.  Final straw for me, I won't be back and unfortunately I would recommend going anywhere else.  Update:  I got the first response from Brueggers 8 days later tonight 7/10 at 7:03pm.  Here is the entire email copied and pasted-  ”Hi Andy ,  This has been refunded, please allow 7-10 days for this to reflect on your account.”  That's it.  They did apply the points I used back to my Brueggers account today but 8 days for any response and not even an apology or we will do better next time.

Best bagels you can buy. I've stopped in several times to get a baker's dozen to have for breakfast sandwiches throughout the week and the bagels keep very well.

I don’t know what’s going on with this place it’s gone downhill bagels are not round sometimes they’re flat  coffee is cold it’s just not the same used to have the best bagels coffee was amazing I’ve only been going there for over 20 years Sharona was the best manager ever I look for this place to close up the bagels are no better than a grocery store bagel now

Every time I go in here I get a bagel lightly toasted with extra cream cheese. They charge me for it and they don’t give me hardly ANY CREAM cheese LOL. This happens at least 1-2 times a week.

Amanda is the manager and she has an amazing crew. During my travels I like to visit Bruegger's Bagels in various different states. This experience was by far the most amazing. My wife and I were visiting her parents for two days in Cleveland and we decided to stop off and buy something for ourselves and take something home for our kids. We shared our stories with Amanda and just our experiences. Something resonated with her and she decided to show an act of kindness that completely blew us away. She paid for our entire bill! I can't wait to go back to this place whenever I visit Cleveland and I recommend that anyone who is visiting the Cleveland area should stop by and say hello to Amanda, Andrew, Alexa and Mo.

Large bagel sandwiches on fresh made daily bagels. Only issue I had was with curbside pickup, had to call the store to get someone to come out 10mins after notifying them online that I have arrived.

First bagel I had in years..  delish!

Was very pleased!! Bagels were SUPER delicious!! The Smokehouse Brisket is a must try. But what stood out was the OUTSTANDING customer service! I felt like I was getting food from a 5 star restaurant with how professional, curteous and polite the staff was!! Can't wait to go back! I went to the one in Brecksville btw. Highly highly recommend!!!

Worker constantly coughing but not wearing mask.  No lettuce or any kind of greens.  Inside seating not allowed.  Very poor experience!
