Enjoy Brues every time we go. Let me say this. I enjoy the different flavors and sauce used by Chef Alex in his creations. That is what eating is all about. Example the red sweetie drops on top of the roasted garlic humus adds a pop to the flavor. You see it, you think, what the heck is that, you say to yourself, self try it, you dip, you bite, "Pop" , and think, that was different and good. So you chase down another one for the next bite.

Good food and good beer! Always friendly service as well. Good looking establishment on the inside and from out.

We were quite disappointed with our experience. It took 30 mins to get our appetizer, 40 mins to get our kids meals. We ordered both as soon as we talked with our server. Our meal took over an hour. We were told the manager would be over to chat with us but did not show up until we requested a manager at the end of our meal. It appeared that he did not care about our experience at all. It was all very disappointing. As of now we do not recommend and probably won't return.

Good food. Great service. A little pricey for a sandwich but one sandwich was plenty for the two of us.

Best beer in Colorado!! Add to that great food and live music and what more can you ask for?! Could not recommend more highly.
