Friendly receptionist answering the phone.  Albert gave the estimate for our new heating system and was on time and knowledgeable about the best size Trane product for our home.  It took only 4 days from the time of the estimate to the day of installation.  The installers came at the time they promised and were also very knowledgeable and respectful.  I would recommend Bruno Plumbing and Heating.

Great Service, Quick next day replacement. We got a few estimates because we wanted a Trane High efficiency Furnace. Had an in home estimate a few weeks ago by Al. He was excellent. When we had the money saved we called him back and was surprised when he had a quick Next day scheduled replacement of Furnace and Central AC.  Jake and Brandon were courteous and efficient and although we are very detail oriented homeowners they were patient and very informative with our multiple questions. Great Job. Our New furnace is 95% efficient and is replacing a low boy furnace from 1952.  Central Air is new to our home and look forward to the change in the summer.
