Don't see why so many people rate him poorly. Good guy, never had a bad experience with him. He's the only one I'll go to for inspection now with the new system. Honest guy.

Avoid this place unless you want to be taken advantage of and also overpay with extra charges and hidden fees not disclosed such as daily storage fees, gate fees $50, shop supplies, etc.

Would never call again or even recommend.  I just waited over 2 hours with my 1 year old for what was supposed to be 45 minutes at most according to the receptionist.  Finally called Hop to it Towing and they were there in under 10 minutes.

I Was Broke Down On Route 4 And Called Information For Local Tow Company, Gave Me The Number To Brunos. I Called The Number And Spoke With The Service Dept And They Sent A Tow Truck Right Down For Me They Were There Within A Half Hour Loaded Me And My Faimly Up In The Truck Towed Us Right Back To There Shop And Brought Us Right In For Service. The Guy Came Up To Me About A Half Hour Later And Explained To Me My Fuel Pump Had Failed And Would Need To Be Replaced. He Quoted Me A Price And I Told Him Yeah Lets Get It Done So We Can Be On Our Way. A Couple Hours Later We Were All Finished And On Our Way It Was A Seamless Affair In Out And We Where Barely Behind Scheldue After That The Rest Of The Trip Went Smooth So I Thank These Guys For Being Proffesional And Courteous Enough To Make The Expirence A Little More Bareable.
