I have been coming here since they opened this location! And I really love the staff. I come here because of how honest they are with me about my treatment and how comfortable they make you feel. I love that they have a discussion with you, to explain why & how a procedure is done. Not leaving you in the dark about your own health nor surprised with extra charges ... I would highly recommend this office for anyone looking for long term quality care. I go regularly and have never had a bad experience.

Last evening was my second visit to Brunswick Smiles and I'm happy to say it was as awesome as the first.  From the moment you walk in you are given the gold glove treatment by everyone associated with process.  From the young ladies at the front happily assisting you with checking in or scheduling, to the friendly dental assistants who work seamlessly with the dentists, to the dentist themselves.  You are made to feel lile you are the most important patient of the day.

Dr. Patel is phenomenal.  Taking his time and providing full explanation of everything he is doing.  I would recommend him and his practice to anyone!!

STAY AWAY!!!
My family and I used this location since my dental benefits changed in the last year, and we needed a local place to make our new family dentist. We are a family of four: 46, 35, 9, and 3. We visited for a family checkup together scheduling was convenient and accommodating.  Our first visit I assumed they would need x rays on all of us since we were new patients. Staff was courteous and friendly. My wife and I had follow up visits about two a piece for fillings etc... each time we went they took full mouth x rays again. Long story short this office billed my insurance sooo much money that our when it comes time to revisit the dentist in 6 months we will be out of pocket. I work for a large financial institution and have excellent benefits, just in case anyone reading thinks my benefits are under par. 
     In addition to this I needed quite a bit of cosmetic work that I wanted to have done on the lower half of my teeth. I went to my former dentist at Eastern dental to get an estimate for the work to keep everyone honest. My estimates went as follows:
Eastern dental $7,200.00 
Brunswick Smiles $26,965.00
FOR THE SAME EXACT JOB!!!

I guess I now know why They offer free movie tickets for online reviews of a positive nature. It hangs on a sign as soon as you walk in to approach front desk!

The staff and dentists are warm, caring people who help make your experience here a pleasant one.  Little things go a long way to make you more comfortable.  For example, chilled water bottles, coffee and cookies in the waiting area.  Massage chairs while you are getting work done and a TV in every room.  I’m a baby about going to the dentist but this place has helped get me over my anxiety.

We just moved to New Jersey and loved our old dentist. This place is great. The hygienist was informative both for me and my 6 year old son. They took the time to explain everything and show you on video the initial exam evaluation. Scheduling appointments is easy and our dentist was informative and helpful for our very first visit. Even billing was a breeze! Definitely glad we've found them!
