We were so happy that we chose Mr. Diaz to handle our bankruptcy. We liked him  the moment that we met them. He is very nice, courteous and very knowledgeable. Mr. Diaz did a great job for us and made it as easy as possible. He was always there for us, but we rarely had to call back, because he made everything so clear. Bryan immediately explained everything very clearly and provided written material affirming what he said and instructions on how to proceed. He always gave us time to ask questions and he answered them so that we fully understood all the situations. I cannot believe that there is a firm anywhere nearly as good as Mr. Diaz's firm.

My wife and I hired Mr. Diaz for a chapter 7 at the recommendation of a family friend.  After meeting Mr Diaz it was easy to hire him.  He was honest, caring and very knowledgeable about the process.  After making the initial deposit, the court papers were done within 24 hours.  The entire process seemed very fast because of Mr. Diaz's work.  If you are in the market for a good BK attorney, call Mr. Diaz.  Oh forgot to mention that before filing, a creditor took money from our account.  We thought it was lost, but Mr. Diaz was able to recover half of the fees for us.  We are very grateful!!

We hired Bryan after a long search for attorney in the Ventura County area.  Bryan was the only one that gave us his time without rushing us.  The process was smooth and the discharge happened as promised by Bryan.  All questions were asked, and he was very easy to get a hold of.  The fees were also very reasonable.  Our life was in shambles after I lost my job and thanks to Bryan we are getting back on our feet.  Thank you, Bryan.  We will recommend you.

I worked with Bryan in 2011, when he performed a Chapter 7 for me.  I wanted to share my wonderful experience working with Bryan.  First, the packets Bryan prepares for each meeting are a great tool for questions as well as to reference about the step by step process. I am a very well organized person and appreciate the way his office ran. I also liked the way Bryan's office has the whole process broken down into appointments. This makes it much more manageable and makes a complex process very smooth. In all, Bryan your office is great! The structure and organization of all the appointments and informational packets were great. All of my questions were answered and in the end, a discharge was granted thanks to you.

This law firm is the best. I went in very nervous and apprehensive about my situation and the whole process. I was instantly put at ease by Bryan's knowledge and friendly demeanor. I knew right away that he was going to help me on my road to recovery. Thank you again for all your hard work. I did get my new credit card within months as you stated might happen and I was working to rebuild my credit. Things are finally looking up in the new year. I am going to recommend you to all my friends and co-workers who are in similar situations.
