This restaurant is so delicious! Now, it is quite warm inside but it's worth the wait for their food! The employees are also great, they make sure you want what comes on the sandwich and double checks if you want something if you mention the topping instead of assuming what you want or don't want. Will definitely be eating here more often!

They have the best peach punch and their wings were the best wings I’ve had on my visit here. Their chicken fingers were delicious as well. I got seasoning on my fries just wish the fries were tossed in it.

I’ll just say this; I’m willing to spend that $20.00 here, apposed to spending $10.00 somewhere else, if that means I’ll get a correct** order, a friendly, short conversation, and between when I place my order and pick it up, it’s always ready as soon as I walk in the door sometimes minus the drink, but I’m not at all worried about waiting 1-2 minutes for that. I ain’t a Karen.   The only gripes I have are, firstly, I’ve  noticed the crinkle style fries they serve become soggy very quickly in the tray on the way home. And that’s not even saying that the fries themselves are bad because they’re NOT! Just something that I believe could be better, in the future, if they so desire to alter it. And secondly, the cost of it. $20.00 feels a bit steep, but to me, with these guys, the price is just the price.  I’ll pay it for what I’m getting. Can’t seem to find the same kinda service anywhere else, if I’m honest.  Overall, I highly recommend BTJ’s. Very friendly and noticeably diverse staff, Awesome Philly’s & Wings Honey Garlic Pepper is the best imo, and prompt, on time product delivery.

Let me start with the +ves. The place is clean, which is great for any restaurant. However, if they were arresting chefs and they arrested the guy that cooked my food, then they'd arrested an innocent man, because thats no chef. Worst food ive ever had in ages. Food needs flavor. KmftFood: 1/5

Food is amazing! Service is just mediocre. And the place is clean on the inside but they always have the TV volume on full blast so you can not even talk to someone else while you eat inside.Food: 5/5

This is a hole-in-the-wall. And the atmosphere wasn't the best but the amount of food you get for the price is so worth it. I was able to eat the fried rice I ordered for three meals. I don't live in Florence but I would definitely order from them again when I am in town. The shrimp fried rice is bangin' !Food: 5/5

Didn't know anything about this place at all let alone even it's existence! However, after stumbling across it on Christmas Day, when you know it seems that 90% of eatery's are closed, I decided to pull up and go through the drive thru. All I can say is...The food wasn't lacking at all! I got the 6pc chicken wings with the hot sweet sauce and accompanying fried rice with shrimp and sweet tea as the bev. Results?! I will be frequenting this place a lot more often now!
