This is my go to laundromat. They have four rows of washing machines and they comebin 4 different sizes. Huge dryers that you pay for in 5-8 minutes increments so you never have to pay for more dry time than you need. They sell detergent and dryer sheets at the counter and even have a drop off option to do your laundry for you for a fee. They have free wifi, television, and coffee. They have two quarter machines and when you put a twenty in the newest one it gives you ten dollars in quarters and two fives back so you don't have to deal with a huge pile of quarters. In the back they have a big table for folding laundry.

SINCE MY POST FROM 5/31/17 was deleted - want to give no stars but it is requiring a rating WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS. I went to the Quivira location for the first time on 5/25/17 because it was open late and ours was out at the time. I arrived to the location around 6:30 to 6:45 pm with my child. I was not there for even more then 5 minutes before the employee on duty (Vincent) came up to me telling me he told me last week that if I came back and started issues I was banned so he is warning me to watch it. I expressed to him I was unaware what he was talking about that this was my first time. He laughed in my face saying he knows my face I come in all the time he will have his manger pull video to show me. I requested the number to his manager and asked to be shown the video. I called the number I was given for Mary the general manager and had to leave a message. The whole time I was there he followed me and my son around made it uncomfortable to even wait inside so I took my son out by our car to play and wait. That didn't stop him he still followed me outside. during the almost 2 hours I was there he approached me 4 times telling me to watch it, called me names and even brought other customers to my face to have them tell me they have seen me there before. I literally could not wait to leave. I believe they may have had issues in the past with other customers but for this being my first time and expressing that to them he showed the poorest of customer service. From that night I called the number for the general manager and left a total of four messages with no callback. On 5/30/17 I called one last time this time I made them aware I would be contacting an attorney first thing in the morning because they are not taken issues that happen at their facility seriously. Mid day today 5/31/17 I finally get a call back from Mary she was nice on the phone she said she was fully aware of what happen. Requested the video I was told they had to prove I had been there before and I would like an apology after. She told me she was not going to do that she did not have the time that was days and hours of footage. She did say she was sorry for what had happened that Vincent is not normally like that. She also let me know that Vincent will not be with them for awhile until "he gets himself together " as she stated because yesterday he was committed to a hospital and began telling me why he was in the hospital. I will never go back to any of their location 1. poor customer service 2. they do not take issues with their employees and facilities seriously 3. management providing personal information regarding the employees just shows the type of people they are

Dirty place which smells and the insides of the machines aren't clean. Broken machines everywhere and the first machine ate $4.00 and the girl who was working didn't know what to do. Finally she refunded me my money. There isnt anywhere to sit and there aren't any tvs. This place needs a deep cleaning and some updating big time. Very over-priced.

I haven't needed a laundromat for a while, but I do need to take bulky things that I can't do at home. Bubble Room felt clean, though a bit worn. The staff offered to change my quarters for dollar coins for the larger machine to make it easier for me. I had forgotten my fabric softener and was able to buy what I needed here. There were plenty of folding tables and stools and chairs while I was here, but I did purposefully come first thing in the morning on a week day. It was great to have wifi so I could work while doing my laundry.

I called around 9:15 or 9:20 asking if I could just dry my clothing. My dryer broke and I needed these two loads clean for a purpose. The guy on the other end was pretty rude and told me last wash is 9:30. I said "I'm not washing I'm drying. I only need about 30 minutes." He said last washers and dryers are 9:30. Outside of the poor use of grammar I said cool beans. I called the other bubble room in merrium and told them the same situation. He said you should be good. I drove the extra mile and spent 4 bucks to dry my clothes. I was out in about 35 to 40 minutes....with everything folded. I just want to say to the bubble room in Lenexa, you might want to work on your customer service skills especially with people that don't have anything better to do than use the free wifi at your other location to post bad reviews on you.
