So. Some of the washing machines will take 2-3 times longer than they should. And there's not much space to get around, so it gets a little tough if there are other people there. That said, your clothes get clean. There are washers and dryers for any size load, and the price is reasonable (a bit pricey in general, but show me where isn't in New Haven). The place is clean and the staff is always helpful. Once you learn which machines to avoid, a fine place to do your laundry.

This is a great place to do your own laundry. The "small" wash will accommodate quite a bit of clothes, and costs about $3. The dryers are $.45 per 10 minutes. I usually only need 20 minutes. I've never had my clothes come out smelling bad or with any form of contamination from using the units here. Your pay $2 to get a plastic balance card which you replenish with cash. Insert your card into the machine and select your settings. That's all there is to it. They even have a small 2-3 car parking lot out back available. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and helpful.
