I took my daughter and her friends to try boba tea for the first time. We had no idea what we were doing or how to order. The girl helping us was Sidney and she was so helpful! She walked us through all of the different tea and smoothie options. She also let each of us try different kinds of bubbles. She was so patient and kind with the girls explaining and showing them different things. We got the smoothies and popping bubbles. 10/10 would come back again!

My daughter's right, this is really one of the best bubble tea places that she's taken me. The prices are actually less than most and the options are great! Not too fond of the fact it's located inside the mall but the location in the mall isn't too bad. Gotta say my 10 year old has fabulous Bubble Tea taste

This was our first time ever trying milk tea, and it will be our last. We got chai with tapioca & matcha with strawberry and blueberry. I hated that they didn’t have the calories on the menu so I asked and she said they didn’t have the calculations for it so she couldn’t tell me the calories. Definitely overpriced too.

So the charcoal bomb is super cool and tastes a little weird going down, but very energizing. On the other hand, NEVER get the chlorophyll mint water... the flavor is hard to get behind. Just gross. This place does have many smoothie options, which I love, and next time I want to try their banana spinach smoothie because it looked enticing.

Standard selection of teas, the two that we tried were delicious! Taro with blueberry popping boba and watermelon which had a kind of hibiscus punch that was great with strawberry popping boba.

I love boba but Bubbles Tea & Juice Co is mediocre at best. Most of the milk teas taste artificial and powdery and lines and the place is usually very crowded so it takes around 20 minutes to even get to the counter. The place seems a bit understaffed so that might be the reason why. The workers are kind and the place looks nice but that's all that's good that I have to say.

Guy was rude. Got my order wrong. Tea spilled everywhere and when I asked for napkins his reply was, “sorry we’re out”. Ended up throwing my drink away. Waste of money.Service: 1/5

I've loved this place for years now, always great tea and amazing tapioca pearls, they're smaller than the ones you make yourself and they're the exact right amount of sleep. perfect nonmilk and milk teas. heavily recommend honeydew, raspberry, and strawberry!

Took my girls for bubble tea.  Most places I go are usually packed or at least a long line up,  the fact that we were able to just walk up to the counter should have been an indicator of the service and quality of product we were about to receive.  Definitely could do better with training staff on better customer service. We were greeted with a very unfriedly, sort of "what do you want" attitude. I think we may have disturbed the cashier from the conversation she was having with the other staff. The bubble tea was tasteless like others have mentioned. It's nothing special. It's not worth the trip! Save your money and get something else!

I was too excited by the new bubble tea place. Was expecting some good bubble tea but the drink I ordered was white? Original milk tea is light brown, not white with black tea. Don’t even know what they used to make my drink. It was so bland and not good just regular milk would taste far better in comparison. The tapioca was also terribly hard. Like I’ve read the reviews of how great the fruit juice is so if this place is only has good juice go learn how to properly make milk tea and the tapioca first before putting it on your menu. Too bad can’t give this one negative stars. Even the weakest bubble tea places in Seattle tastes better than this place.
