I've been using them for the last few months and they're totally fine! I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My rates have been pretty consistent and my clothes come back clean. The staff is really nice as well.

They are crooks - the woman said she was the owner, gave me a price of 94.75 on the phone for dry cleaning services. I told her her prices were too high and asked for the 10% new customer discount and she said she would apply it. My clothes were delivered with a higher price of 97.50 and no discount was applied. I called the owner today to discuss the overcharge, non applied discount and the breach of our verbal agreement of 94.75 with 10% new customer discount. She started yelling on the phone ... I'm going to their location to have a face to face conversation. They charged me 34.80 for laundry that came back with a funny smell. I've since rewashed them at the cost of 10.00 and they now smell fresh. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES - YOUR LAUNDRY WILL SMELL. THEY WILL ROB YOU WITH THE CASH REGISTER AND RAPE YOU ON THE PHONE WITH THE DISRESPECT.

were supposed to deliver my pants on Wednesday... had to go in on Sunday and pick them up myself since they never delievered. Pants were even wrinkled when i got them back. wouldnt come again,

Don't use this service! Their prices are crooked... we gave them one order and were charged $240- fine. On the second order we gave them, literally half as many items ( and 2 less throws/blankets), and the price was $200?!? Yeah, not going back there.

Nice people, but horrible wash & fold service. I've been using bubble works for the past year, and I give up, I found that my family clothes smelled and were not clean after sending them in because they were loading too many clothes into 1 machine. 2 weeks ago, I omplained and asked that they use the Tide detergent that I sent with my clothes, and that they break the loads into smaller bundles for washing. Instead, they continued to shove too many clothes in 1 machine and douse my clothes with their cheap, perfumed fabric softener. My clothes smelled like body oder and cheap fabric softener. To add insult to injury, they used the wrong detergent and their cheap softener on my babies clothing, despite the fact that I send unsented baby detergent and softener with my baby's clothing, and pack in a separate bag, with explicit instructions to only wash the babies clothes with the items I packed. They refused to rewash my children's clothing to get the detergent and softener chemicals out. Stay away from this business if you want you clothing washed properly, especially if you have children with sensitive skin.
