Well, I haven't felt compelled to take a picture of the toilet in any other convenience store! But just look at it - it's immaculate!! And it's never been anything but when I go there. That takes great management and hard work. Everything else is great about this store too. They're busy, yes, but what would you expect, they nailed it.

Best part of this place is the restrooms. I once ordered a sandwich and saw there was no option for onion, so I submitted the order then walked up to ask they put some onions on. The lady referred me to a guy, who said he was a manager, and said they had onions but no I couldn’t have any. He said there was no way to charge me for them, so I couldn’t have them, and he’d get fired for giving them to me. What the heck? Most unreasonable nickel and dime food experience ever. Someone needs to fix the management and/or computer systems. If a customer asks for onion on a sandwich, they shouldn’t get the runaround like they’re buying a car with certain packages and upgrades that can’t be mismatched. Customer is always right, but not here. Bucees employees seem fake nice at best but mostly deeply unhappy to me. And honestly, the sandwich (BLT) was pretty bad, with rubbery bacon and old tomatoes. Perhaps I was spared the onions...

I travel a lot and this is by far my favorite Bucees. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. If there’s an issue management is on it promptly. Never a bad experience at the Bastrop location. The general manager or

Charged my card twice, once it went to a pump that wasn't to my car and the other to my car.... Both went through after speaking to a team lead who assured me the system doesn't mess up and I wasn't charged... Yet my bank says otherwise. Now I can't even call up there. The cashier was named Nichole and she gave someone else my gas and her team lead at 6 am on 10/30 "couldn't find my second transaction" this charge is not pending its authorized. And guess what? I can't call bucees I have to do this right here so just a warning double check the pump number at the register apparently stating it then pointing at your car doesn't work and the managers don't care.

How can you not love Buc-ee's. Texas road trip tradition. My only issue is i spend so much time here. Huge selection of everything you need for a road trip. If you are in Texas for a visit you're definitely need to stop. Make sure you go in and take a cruise around the snacks and coffee bar. They also have great deals and bags of ice.
