Great service and attention to a large party of 17. Management and the individual waiter did an amazing job. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The only down side was the family style only choice for those who couldn't eat larger meals or were picky on sharing. Party was on weekend. They did advise that they do have individual lunch choices during the weekday.

It was our first time eating in Buca di Beppo, our friend deeply recommended this place. We couldn't be more satisfied, our server Raina was really great and answered all of our questions. We order the spicy shrimp as an appetizer and although it was a bit spicy the taste was delicious. The manager John kept making sure we enjoyed our food. We ordered dessert and coffee but we had to wait a bit for a fresh brew and we were so stuffed we didn't think we would be able to finish our coffee so we asked them not to bring it. A few minutes later they still brought our coffee and they apologized for the delay and said it was on the house. We are definitely coming back, our experience with the service as well as the food was excellent!

Finally a new manager and I'm not greeted by a grumpy old lady complaining about seating us in a dinning room and not at the bar. The food even tasted better. By the way, I'm older than the grumbling woman.

Buca has real, authentic Italian food. The staff also make you feel like family. The food was not only amazing but the amount of food served was very generous. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great Italian food.

Their portions are enormous but the quality of the food is sub par. This is not the 'take your girl on a date romantic traditional restaurant'. This is a loud Americana type of place: loud, busy environment with a huge bar.
