We've ordered a bunch of times from here over the last year and I am incredibly disappointed in both the quality and service. The straw that broke my back occurred today. We placed an online order at 11:00 am for our office lunch like we do whenever we order to be delivered at 12:30. 12:30 came and went with no delivery. 1pm, nothing. 1:10 I call to ask the status of our order and am told it is out for delivery and should be there within 10 minutes. 1:30pm: No food. I call again. This time I am told that the order was not made yet and got lost. They put me on hold (but not really, he just walked away from the phone) to ask the chef what happened. I hear him say to the chef "he says he ordered online at 11 am but the ticket says 12:10. When the gentleman who picks up gets back on the phone he tells me that they will refund my order and it should be there in 15 minutes. Food finally came at 1:50pm. My wrap had avocado on it; it was as hard as a rock and was not edible. Even worse, NO REFUND! 

I am so disappointed in both their service and food today and they lost not just a customer but an entire office.

We have ordered from Buccini's regularly for two years. What we got tonight doesn't look like any pizza we ever got from them before.  We noticed another review with similar complaint (on yelp, we think). Undercooked, missing a topping. Got what looks like breakfast sausage - not sweet italian sausage. Paultry serving of all topping we did get. Tasteless. Not sure what is going on there and not sure if we will give them another try. I guess everyone has an off night but if this the new normal... sad to say we're going elsewhere.

Used to work here, and got fat eating the buffalo chicken pizza + all the subs. 

Bunch of good people making some good food for those of you in the North Quincy area who prefer sub-shop fare.

Stuff you should try: garlic knots (best around, imo), buffalo chicken pizza, chicken finger sub, gobbler sub. 

They also make the steak and cheese with thicker chunks, for those who like that. I sure do!

Just be careful on Friday/Saturday. The newer traffic patterns around Quincy can make it hellish for drivers. Just order ahead of time and save yourself the hassle.
