I had what I thought was a great idea, took it to a local law school's patent program, & was told it could not be patented. I shelved it a while then did lots of research before choosing to work with John. He got it done! We encountered some USPTO policy changes and a novice reviewer who rejected the application several times which had me very concerned, but John fought it out. Now I'm on to development phase & still work with John on continuation. I'm very happy I chose to work with John and recommend him highly. I'll work with him on my next patent for sure.

I would highly recommend John Buckert for all of your intellectual property needs. I have worked with several other firms over the years and have never received the level of personal attention that I received from John. He is incredibly thorough, referencing over twelve hundred patents during our initial novelty search. The provisional application was extremely comprehensive, requiring virtually no modifications prior to filing for out utility patent. Our notice of allowance was received after the first office action, and the patent was issued months earlier than we had anticipated. John is also a degreed engineer, and has a thorough comprehension of everything from mechanical devices like ours to complex electrical systems.

Moreover, John is a genuinely nice guy and a pleasure to work with.
