Never ever use buckeye spa, charged $2300 and problem still existed. Call him to come back to fix original problem, said he would for $180 trip free and $135.00 an hour. Found out all the parts Brandon replaced was NOT needed.
Call advanced spa. They are friendly, explains it to you and very reasonably priced

BrandoN lied to me about having my spa parts on his truck, and the cost of parts to fix my tub.. more interested in selling me a new unit...filing with the BBB should not have paid him a dime and will not recommend to anyone. Beware of this one!

This man should be ashamed of himself! He charged us over $3,000 and things were not fixed properly. When we filled our hot tub we lost 1/2 of the water in a day because he cut a pvc pipe at a 45-degree angle! He refused to come out and fix his mistake for free and informed us that he would charge us another service fee! I told him that I looked him up on BBB and he had a bad review and he said "that's because I don't kiss ass!"  We had to fix the pipes ourselves.

Never never never call these guys. They replaced a bunch of parts that were still good. They never fixed the problem. We had to call another professional to fix it

Brandon did a spa service call for me and he did an amazing job. The price was great as well! Highly recommended!
