The place is OK while purchasing items. However when it comes to returning gifts it always seems to be a challenge if you want anything but store credit. Bad enough I will not be returning.

My wife bought two pairs of pants there on her Buckle Credit Card. She usually will just immediately pay off the balance in store, however, due to some policy changes or something she was unable to do so. Later we returned one of the pairs of pants but we weren't allowed to put the money on the credit card. My wife attempted to pay off the balance of the card but something went wrong and the payment was never processed. We were never notified that we were late on our payments and we had no idea we had a balance that needed to be paid. Months later after ridiculous amounts of interest had been added to the purchase and months of late fees we were contacted by collections. So the one pair of pants ended up costing us $250 and a wonderful little mark on our credit score. I understand that not being aware of any of our credit card balances is completely our fault but I really wish that the customer service afterwards would have been more reasonable in waiving the interest and late fees on an honest mistake. Never use their credit cards.
