I love Buckle and I've noticed the quality service can vary by location. Although I don't live in Valdosta, I do shop this location on occasion.  One thing about this location is the employees are usually on their phones texting.  I don't understand the point of paying someone to text instead of helping the customers in the store. I've seen this literally every time I'm at this location.  One time I was in the store and asked for help from a employee walking out from the back and the female manager calls the employee over and says she has to go over some things with him.  I'm there to spend money and she has the nerve to think it's more important to "go over things" instead of helping me shop for my husband??  Her attitude must be contributed to her pregnancy because I hope she's not like this all the time.  As I stormed out, another employee told me her name was Chelsey and I vowed to never shop there if she's present.  My friends say they drive to the other locations because this location is known for being on their phones and the girls gossiping.  I don't blame them one bit.
