AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If they say they are going to call you back, they won't. Owner came out to do the estimate. It took forever to get the estimate back. I called repeatedly and the office girl would say 'we will call you back.' They never call back. Finally, she told me they didn't do an estimate. I found the guys card and told her who did the estimate, and then they got me the quote. Price was on point with others and my old well guy recommended them. Extremely hard to schedule the work and then they showed up 90 minutes late (partially because they went to the wrong address, like 5 towns away). Didn't have everything they needed for the job. All in all, just awful customer service. I run a small business and work with a lot of contractors, but this is the worst customer service I have ever received. Once they did the work, they screwed the whole thing up, costing me BIG $$ to fix. AWFUL..DO NOT USE!
