Went in today to take camera pill for an endoscopy. After i swallowed the pill they checked for proper transmission between pill and unit. The camera ended up being faulty. I asked why wasn't that check done prior to me swallowing it, i wasn't given an answer. I asked how many receiver box units they had and was told they only have one in office. I was sent home after a long two days of fasting and cleansing without the study having been done. If the office had two receiver units they could have switched to another one when one needs servicing, if they checked the camera pill before making me swallow it they could have given me a different one in the event one was faulty. I am very disappointed in this offices lack of checks and balances and will not be going back.

Dr. Sahu was my doctor.  During my first visit, he was very brief and reluctant to answer any questions.  Following my colonoscopy procedure, he literally talked to me for NMT 3-4 minutes, even though i had a polyp removed.  The office never cared or bothered to inform me when the pathology results were back in.  I had called in twice within the first 3 wks at which point, the results were not in.  Once they came in, there was no f/u from Dr. Sahu or even a phone call to tell me what the results meant.  Being in a health profession myself, i had done my research to understand the significance of the results, however, it should be the doctor's responsibility to spend 5-10 minutes with the patient to do post-surgery follow-up to explain what the results mean.   I requested the office to ask Dr. Sahu to call me back and i never got a phone call.  Overall, a terrible experience with the physician as well as the office staff.

they never answer the phone , they never answer your voice mail, they don't pay attention to their fax machine; happened that they never received faxes sent from my family doctor and also from my old GI
when it appeared miraculously after a lots of wasting of my time of course they told me that they got to have it reviewed by the doctor in order for them to decide whether they wnt me as patient or not . i really find it ludicrous,absurd and discriminating the they treated me . and guess what?  when i asked to speak to their supervisor witch they were so happy to do that for me; i got the answer machine and still didn't receive a call back yet . i they are poorly managed , really bad experience

David Popper,Excellent doctor. My appointment with the doctor after waiting over an hour not achieved had another appointment and had to leave
