Few weeks ago I made an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Faust, and it was for today. Lisa (their office representative) wrote me in an email to come in at 7:00 PM to have a complete exam, or at 7:30 PM for a free consultation. I came in at 6:45 PM, hoping to get the full exam and get the treatment plan done for follow up appointments. When I walked into their office, the girl at the counter told me to have a sit, and that she will be with me in a few minutes after she reviews my paperwork which I was instructed to fill out on their website before I came into the office. (Online paperwork took me about an hour to fill out). I ended up sitting and waiting up until 7:45 PM, at which point my patience ended, and I ended up leaving their office. This was by far the worst dental consultation I've ever had.

Outstanding dentists and support staff! I have been their patient for over 30 years and have consistently received excellent care. The biggest thing keeping us from moving south is we don't want to lose our great dentists.

I've been going to Bocks Ciunty Smiles (or Hoppenwasser and Faust as I still call it) for 25 years. I can always get in quickly if needed and I actually look forward to my 6 month routine cleaning. Terrific hygienists, especially Edie who I usually see, and I have absolute confidence in the dentists' advice and work. The front desk staff are always pleasant and knowledgable. .

I love this place! Staff is friendly and professional; they could run a Master's class in "on-time appointments" and "how to treat patients". My 6-month check-up was thorough and painless. I set up my next appointment before I leave. Just cannot recommend them highly enough.

My entire family had appointments this week at Bucks County Smiles. The office is always clean and the staff is always kind and caring. They were patient and creative with my 3 year old for his first real cleaning visit, and calmed any concerns about my 1 year old's few teeth and oral structures. I am always comfortable and confident with this office and its professional staff and truly feel like they treat with individual attention.
