I must start out by saying the doctor himself, is amazing!! He he is very detailed, listens to everything you have to say and makes a 3 hour wait in the waiting room worth the comfort of your child visit worth it. BUT the lady at the front desk...shes simply rude, puts you on hold for ever (like 7+ minites) without even asking you to hold and doesn't return phone calls.  I've been trying to schedule my son's surgery for a week now and just had to email the office and request someone be able to take a phone call. This is now the 4th time on this matter and I'm a previous appt. I had the same problem and finally had to email to get a response. I wish they'd get someone friendlier to answer the phones and who would be able to return phone calls.

So I had appointment for my two kids today,  and we got there 30 minutes early, I had to be at another appointment after that, so I assumed that at least they will take me 5 minutes before the actual appointment time,  but nope, there was 2 patients that walked in like 10 minutes before my kids appointment time, and they took them before right then, it was 15 min after the time of their appointment and they didn't even had call us I had to get up and cancel the appointment because they were son not professional to see that I got there very early they didn't even care ... the doctor Buda Robert is the best my kids love him2, but the staff at the front desk is not professional at all.

Never had a bad experience. Dr. Buda went beyond the call of duty when treating my Granddaughter who had serious issues with her teeth. I will be for ever grateful.
