I got the deep dish with tomato mozzarella and basil. There were plenty of tomatoes as a topping but the deep dish wasn't too deep which was kind of nice actually. I could eat two slices and not really feel bloated like a regular Chicago style deep dish. I also got a side of the chicken wings which were pretty good too. I'll definitely be coming back to this place. Highly recommended.

Amazing pizza variety and unsurpassed quality.   Buddyz has two options for gluten free pizza.  Don't forget the wings.  I keep coming back, not just for the friendly staff.

This is the best pizza in Lake County in my opinion! I mean everything was sooo good! I like extra sauce and well done. He met the mark without the crust being soggy! I highly recommend Buddyz in Mundelein, IL! Tell him Chef Rob sent ya!

Recently moved to Mundelein and have yet to find a great pizza spot, until now! We got a coupon in the mail and figured we’d give Buddyz a try. Ordered the Oak Street Beach mozz, basil, sauce deep dish. The quality of the ingredients is what makes this the top of the list. No acidity in the homemade sauce. Crust is crispy and fresh. Real mozzarella cheese that tastes amazing. Very well done. Glad we can have a real Chicago pizza only a few min from home. The staff is also very friendly. Will definitely be returning! Thanks

Buddyz is a fantastic local pizza joint! We’ve had their thin crust tavern style! and deep dish and both are really great.  It’s a really well balanced pie that we order well done and it comes out perfectly.  They’re also very busy in the local community.  Order from them - if you like Chicago tavern style, you’ll likely like their pies.

The BEST FAST FOOD BURGER AROUND!!! FRESH AND THICK, COOKED PERFECTLY! Like I cooked it a home myself! I'm surprised that a burger   would be so delicious at a Pizza Shop! We will try the pizza next! Love this small business.

Food is delicious. We had a butter crust deep dish, cheesecakes, beer nuggets, cinnamon nuggets. We pigged out because the food was fantastic. the staff treated us incredible. The manager or owner gave us beer nuggets and cinnamon nuggets to try. We didn’t even ask. I will order food from Buddyz pizzeria every time I am in town!

Excellent gem for great Chicago faves! The pizza alone will save you a long drive and traffic if you are having a craving ... Save that gas money and add on the Italian Stallion appetizer! Don't skip out on giving this place a shot with delivery. Super hot on arrival, and faster than expected every time. Great quality and variety. Disappointing for a first time customer. Ordered 3 "Chicago Style" hot dogs and 2 orders of fries. Got the carry out order home....only 2 hot dogs. Don't exactly live close so it wasn't worth driving back. Called and the girl was very apologetic...offered to send someone out to deliver the 3rd dog or to give us a credit. Went with the credit.  Glad we chose a credit because the hot dogs weren't good. Not very Chicago style. The red onion was not chopped but similar to what you would get on a burger.  Plus I've never had red onion on a Chicago style hot dog. The buns for both hot dogs were dry and hard as if they were toasted maybe...? instead of warm and steamy. Didn't like the seasoned fries but that's more of a personal preference so I won't knock them for that.  Have the credit so maybe will try a pizza in the future since most reviews rave about it. I just don't think hot dogs are their thing.

I've been a couple of times.  I love the pizza and that they serve slices all day. Went today and waited 10 minutes and there was no one there to help.
