Left a mother and her 10 year old child stranded at 10:4 at night in a city where they are not from. On top of that when the mother asked for help on how to get to a hotel the employee, who rolled her eyes as they approached the desk I might add, SHE WAS TOLD "you will be ok." The employee immediately grabbed her things and closed the desk. and went home shortly after. 
???? that is not ok to behave this way to a customer under any circumstance.  I don't care how late it was she could at least have pointed them towards the taxis. When I spoke to a manager about this he did not seem very bothered and gave me a 1-800 number to call instead AND IT WASNT EVEN THE CORRECT NUMBER TO CALL I WAS THEN GIVEN ANOTHER NUMBER TO CALL BY THAT NUMBER.  Very frustrating experience and would never recommend this location to anyone.

First of all, I feel like I got the best deal around. The car was clean and new, and I was driving around in style for an inexpensive rate! I also received great service, and I am likely to go back and rent from Budget again!

The 2015 Toyota Sienna was the best vehicle I have ever rented. Comfort, power, and practicality. Our family trip was a tremendous success, and this vehicle from Budget added to it greatly.

The rates that budget advertises are not bad, unfortunately you don't get a lot of quality customer service or vehicles for that money. I had to drive back to the airport and swap a camry due to it driving very unsafe on the highway. The tires were bald and the car had had recently been in a front end accident. Clearly the damage to the suspension wasn't addressed and combined with the bad tires made this car very unstable and dangerous at highway speeds. Budget would not honor the complimentary upgrade I had on my reservation, even though they admitted that the next class up was available- but it would cost $400. So the camry went back and I got a mediocre impala, at least it drove ok. Next time I'll spend my money elsewhere, even if it means paying a few bucks more.

Picking up my car in Biloxi MS was a snap.  My reservation was prepaid and all I had to do was show my ID and pick up the keys.  Dropping off the car was easy too.  I had forgotten to fill in the mileage and I was concerned about getting charged for gas. I called the reservation desk and Holly assured me that they check the cars themselves and I wouldn't be charged for gas if the gas tank was full.  She also e-mailed me a confirmation sheet which showed no balance was due.  I would recommend using Budget and I will call them first the next time I need to rent a car.
