I pre-paid for a car rental online and they charged me full price again any way. They are  impossible to get ahold of so I am disputing. There was only person working there with about 4 customers to serve. Doesn't seem very well managed.

I recently needed a larger car for a 2-day project. The staff at this location was great on pick up and drop off, the car was nice, newer and clean. I would definitely rent from this Budget location again.

***ATTENTION***
This company is also called Astra Auto Rental LLC… Beware!

They do not honor their agreement and what you have in contract! They give one information, and put another on their system! Never again!

 Office manager Jessica Escobedo is a Liar and unreliable.
