Wouldn't recommend using this location for any car rental needs.  I was charged $14/day ($57/total) for insurance I didn't need, declined through Priceline, and again verbally declined at the rental counter.  Trusted the employee enough to print out the correct contract.  She added it without my knowledge, I signed, and that sealed my fate.  Read before signing ANYTHING at this location.  Even called her out on it when I returned the vehicle and she proceeded to act like she never helped me or even knew who I was.  In fact she stared off into space like she couldn't be bothered with issues.  Now Budget corporate is telling me "well you signed, sorry."  Either these people work on commission or they're just plain crooks.  What a way to loose a lifetime customer over $57.  

Oh and look closely at your rental agreement.  My rental agreement stated it was for a BLACK CAMRY when I was given a SILVER CAMRY.  Who even knows if the plate data was right?  I could have gotten pulled over and had the wrong paperwork AND/OR had paid to insure another vehicle I wasn't driving.

I am a business owner and fly into Sanford, several times a year. And unfortunately, I have  to echo the frustrations expressed in the other negative reviews. My wife and I spent nearly 45 minutes in line and couldn’t help but hear the issues of the 6 customers ahead of us. Wrong cars, misquoted costs, extra fees etc.. By the time we reached the counter, I was  late for an appointment and agreed to a downgrade, since that is the only thing they had available. The car was so filthy that my wife refused to get in. The seats were badly stained and the car reeked of more than just cigarette smoke.  They did replace it, but by then I was an hour and a half late for my appointment. I'm waiting for the final charges to post to my card, hoping that there are no more surprises. I'm a "big boy" and probably should have read some of these other reviews before making the reservation, but It's not like I was  renting a car  form "Joe's Garage" down the street. This is a national company, owned by Avis. So, I guess I expected a better experience and  higher level or professionalism. So, certainly In this case, the old adage rings true.   "Buyer Beware".

I fly to this location very often and the staff has always been very kind and helpful. Would recommend fastbreak it's free and I can always skip the lines!

Warning!!!!! Do not rent from these people. The total charge was supposed to be $290 and they just charged my card $353. I called to find out why and they said that the child car seat I rented was $70 per day. When I rented the car seat I was told that it would cost only $14 per day. They also charged me $45 for a road side assistance that I did not sign up for or discuss with the agent. However, because it was somewhere in the fine print they would not reverse the charge.  The Customer service was extremely poor.
