Eric was so helpful! 
I booked online and thought I had booked through the Sandford airport. It wasn't until we were on the way there that Google mentioned this location would be closed by the time we got there. (How frantic we were bc we were on the way out of town!) 
I had to call the location and begged them to stay open so we could pick up our vehicle! Eric stayed after closing hours just so we could get our rental for vacation. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!! 
We will definitely be using you guys again and telling everyone how accommodating you were.  Thanks again!

I came in at 9:50 AM on a Saturday morning to pick up a one-way car rental. There were two customers in front of me and I waited 25 minutes to speak with the sole employee. The place didn't have a designated line and people were standing haphazardly in the small store/waiting area. An additional employee or waiting line ticket dispenser would've made the experience slightly tolerable. At the very least, the employee should keep track of the order of the customers arriving.
