The African American lady working here deserves to be fired she is rude and so loud everyone around hears what disgusting things she is saying to you! Not only That i booked online and i swear to god i called to make sure it was booked and she was so rude she even hung up in my face!!!! Give someone else the job

When I arrived here, I was a little frustrated as I had reserved a car at a different budget location and they told me they don't have any vehicle inspite of me reserving it. I had to Uber to this location as they had a vehicle available for me. The owner was very respectful and courteous. She understood my problem. Apolojized for what happened and also reembursed my Uber cost. I would definitely come back here if I need rental cars

Many thanks to the Johnsons for staying late on a Friday to handle my rental needs..I was well past the closing time and caught them finishing up behind closed doors..They graciously took the time and got me on my way..Help put a nice finish to a terrible day with my transportation..Appreciate the professional attention I was given..
