Budget needs to do a better job maintaining their rental vehicles.  The Toyota Camry I picked up had at least one tire with little tread left and the tire pressure was not consistent amongst the four tires.  The car vibrated at highway speed and I was nervous driving it but I was too far into my long trip to return it.

Pre booked a truck 30 plus days in advance and when we arrived had to really fight to get the rental.  Said they didn’t have one because they rented it to someone else.  Then was very overcharged with the final bill. I did eventually receive a full size truck but it was filthy and the back we couldn’t put our luggage as it was covered in animal blood.  Not impressed.

I did a last minute booking & car was ready on arrival. Customer service was excellent at pickup & dropoff. Very easy pickup & return process.

Booked online at last minute, they were plenty happy to help me out it was fast and easy. Car was nice n clean, definitely an easy fast process

Our initial car had an issue immediately that we left the airport. It was dealt with quickly with an upgrade to a better quality and size vehicle we had originally wanted at the same price. We will recommend Budget  Rent a Car due to their professional handling of the issue and overall attitude to good customer service.

Over charged because we needed a car last minute. My mother booked online with Alamo but didn’t complete the booking by accident. Alamo wanted $260 for the 5 days. Budget charged us over $500. A complete rip off!! I will never use this company again.

I got my rental  car form Shivani. That was a really good experience. She was really good at her work and very friendly. So far I liked a lot that was great

Not the best car to have, fully banged up on the outside, even at max volume on the Bluetooth you can’t hear the other person talk. The service soon light was on already when I got the car

The hatch release did not work well, i ended up accessing the back storage thru the back seats. Car was dirty inside and outside with 4 body scratches, I do not get a corporate rate, i ended up paying $ 251 for 4 hrs of use , 42 kms driven. It is like 100% more than other companies with similar cars. Staffs are helpful and very friendly .

Budget has usually been my go to rental agency and each time they never fail in customer service. Wendy at Saskatoon airport was an amazing representative of the company upon pick up. Thank you!
