WORST CLEANERS and rude! They ruined my hubby's brand new pants...I sent them back through twice for pressing them to a crisp only for them to do the same, melt them, and crush the buttons. When they replaced the buttons they used cheap, ugly buttons and what looked like thick white string on these nice gray pants. They refuse to replace them. Also, they have crushed the buttons and damaged two of his shirts. Rude staff and they will RUIN your clothes! Stay away! Also, be aware that Hancock Cleaners in Waveland sends items to be cleaned there. Nicole who works there is an absolute doll but I have been repeatedly overcharged by one of the other ladies and she couldn't fix it. I just had to pay double. I'd have better luck at home with the delicate cycle.

I do approximately $120 per month in cleaning business and you would think that my clothes would be the same every time ... but they are not. I have issues with adding starch and losing items. They readily redo the ones with issues, but it is frustrating to find problems and then have to bring them back and then pickup once again. I was really out done today when I got there on Friday afternoon to find they have closed 15 minutes early. So I will have to drive back to the cleaners once again and pick up because of their early close. If you live really near by and are very patient, you may be ok with using Budget Cleaners. But for the rest of us ... not so good.

Took very expensive  comforter to them. Got it back ruined. Entire underside burnt and and top pulled over entire surface.

Quick turnaround! Friendly staff! Great hours! Everything was cleaned and ready ahead of when I needed it. Highly recommend! Great locally owned business!
