I feel that the budget hotel has potential if they consider some light remodeling, updated furniture, and most importantly, new beds and pillows. Pillows were flat and hard. The bed needed a new mattress. Staff were extremely friendly and polite. They greeted us where ever we went on the property. The only request I would make to the staff is walk the property more as this is a non-smoking property with people smoking in or close to entryways. The hallway and our room was filled with cigarette smoke a few times during the night.

Very friendly staff and manager!! Loved my wheelchair friendly room. Mini refrigerator, microwave, large shower with fold down seating and hand held shower head but can be placed on a holder if you don't wish to hold onto it. Room was clean!! Bed was big and comfortable.  Free breakfast!! Free WiFi also.  I was treated with great care during my month long stay here. Brand new pavement while here.  Overall I rate this place 5 stars!!!

The room smelled like weed, and the man who "checked us out" just took our room key and said goodbye and waved is away. No receipt or anything. The man who checked us in was super nice, but the man at the end was not. I wouldn't stay here again.

This place was horrible. There were used condoms in my room. If that wasnt bad enough i found a huge pile of poop on my bed. You cant even make this stuff up. There were signs of crack cocaine use. I went and checked out right after. Ask for a refund and the desk clerck said i would have to call the next morning. When i called the manager didnt speak to me. He had his desk guy do it. Called me a liar...... I have pictures to prove this. I am way past wanting a refund. I will post the pictures instead to prove what i was saying. Never stay here even if you have to sleep in your car

Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. It's a place to sleep and has the basics. Exactly what you would expect from a place with 'budget' in the name.
