We stayed here for one night just two weeks ago. We chose this place because it was dog friendly and very close to downtown. The room we stayed in was not updated so it wasn't fancy by any means but it worked well for the night. We were there to sight-see so didn't spend much time in the room anyways. The sheets and towels were clean and the shower had hot water and great pressure. Pretty much all we needed for the evening. The guy at the front desk was very nice and we enjoyed a little quiet time in the gazebo in the evening. Good spot. I would go back and check out one of their updated rooms.

Looks good on the outside but don't let that fool you!  Terrible place for the money.  $110 a night for a nasty room. AC barely worked. The coffee pot hasn't been cleaned in months it was disgusting!   I just hope I didn't get bed bugs!  This place is nasty and should only be charging $30 a night.  Never staying here again and you shouldn't either!

Rooms were clean and tidy, Loved the electric fireplace, very cozy. The staff was OUTSTANDING!  Friendly, personable and went above and beyond to be helpful.  When our rental car broke down, Nikki at the front desk researched shuttles knowing that we needed to get to Phoenix  for an early flight home the next morning, then arranged transport for us. Met the new owner who shared his plans for renovating the Inn.  Would definitely stay here again.

Tremendous Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to get a room at the last minute. Great price and a friendly smile. 
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel if you stay in Prescott AZ!

I've been here 8 days and would stay longer if I could! This place is awesome and the staff and owners are simply the best! Look no further...this place has it all!! Thanks again Dave!
