Nice large comfortable clean rooms.
Management is nice.
Restaurant next door.
Worth the money.
Not too far from Metro station and Downtown DC.
My only gripe is they don't have coffee, but there's a 7-11 a block away.
Some of the negative reviews didn't make sense, so I'm thinking that they recently upgraded because our room was nice and bathroom was brand new.
Also, Seafood/Soulfood restaurant next door is good eating, especially for lunch!

They do not leave air on, so you walk in to a stifling room that is large so it takes hours to cool off. Says it is a non smoking hotel, but you breathe in cigarette smoke the whole time. Cigarette burns on pillows and sheets. It was fairly clean and the shower had hot water at least.

They do not clean they rooms ...the rooms are over priced. If  u come here to visit your family or whatever they case may be. I called the  front desk. I will never ever spend another dime

Bedbug Paradise

I booked the jacuzzi suite,  as I needed a lititle getaway.   Woke up at 6 am COVERED in whelps...bedbug bites..... Called the front desk and was told to wait until 11 for a manager to get here.  Then the manager says we get treatments once a MONTH so he KNOWS he doesnt have them.... even with people checking in and out EVERYDAY. I'm sure he'll rent the room out without treating it so if anyone is reading this with a similar experience, please don't let them tell you otherwise.  Will be reporting to the health department for failure to investigate or take extra measures even after being notified.
