We are so impressed and happy with Rigo's service. Not only did he come out within two hours on a weekend but he was prepared and thorough. Double checked everything before he left. He was the only company that actually delivered on 24/7 service. Everyone else we had called had answering services and we weren't promised call backs. Rico answered right away and came to help! Thank you so very much!!!

The employees are good owner a rip off artist they installed a water heater covered under my home warranty but took advantage of me to do the part not covered like 150.00 to put their hand on the vent and push it back into place. Over 100.00 to install new water connections(which does in fact need a tool to do crescent wrenches are pretty tricky) when I asked the tech(who was very good) he called the owner who said maybe he could give me a discount on the vent but then would have to charge me for him coming out to help carry the old water heater out which he forgot on the insurance company estimate. Gimme a break!

Rigo was great. He is very friendly and explained exactly what he was doing. Price was very reasonable. His business card magnet is now on my fridge. I'll definitely be using him again. Thank you Rigo!

Had a clogged kitchen sink, called on thursday evening asked if someone could come out next day,spoke to Rigo Gomez owner/operator asked me when  would be a convenient time. I told him earliest possible as I had to work next day,he said would 7-8am be ok he arrived 7:15 gave me a written estimate at a great price did said work promptly, Rigo did a great job will be using him in the future!
