Great experience here on two occasions, friendly service and very reasonable prices. Will continue to bring my car here for maintenance.

Pep Boys in Rialto suggested I bring my van here. They treated me right, dealt with my warranty company and had my vehicle back to me after a full tranmission rebuild in a reasonable amount of time.

Let me start off with, I believe this mechanic is honest and priced acceptably. With that being said the customer service and communication from them needs to improve. I brought my car in as it was not shifting right and went into limp mode. They kept my car for a week and a half...each time I had to call to find out what was going on, they never updated me when they said they would. Also the timeline seems a bit excessive for a place that specializes in transmission.
