Showed up for a moving truck reservation, made days before, during normal business hours. Doors locked, found an employee next door at an auto wash. Asked her about my reservation she said it wasn't there yet but should be, then quickly went back to what she was doing. I went back and waited outside for 10 minutes until she showed up knocked on the door and another employee came out and let her in. Neither employee acknowledged me as they went inside. I walked in after them and asked about my reservation. Again the reply was that it wasn't there but should be. Both employees go in the back leaving me in the lobby. 10 minutes later the employee that unlocked the door got on the the phone. She got off the phone and said nothing to me. I asked her what was going on and she told me that the truck that was reserved for me wasn't going to be back for another two hours. I told her that didn't work for me and stood up. Both employees just ignored me. I turned around a said I made a reservation expecting it to be here. They responded that my reservation was only made a few days ago, implying that it was my fault. I called up another Budget a few blocks away and they had the same size truck for me. A few days later I receive a $50 no show fee for a truck that was promised but not delivered. Horrible customer service and no respect for others. Don't go here, there are plenty of places around that do things right. Don't waste your time and money

Terrible, went with them because it looked like they would be cheapest in the area... reserved a truck a day in advance but when i arrived to check it out, they didn't have it and gave me a much smaller truck with a few free miles. The truck was not clean and had disgusting cans of chewing tobacco in it. The truck also very much needed an alignment as it pulled very hard while driving. This smaller truck made it so i had to make MANY more trips during my move and made it a lot more stressful. More gas was used and more miles to pay for. When i went to check in, i was left with a much larger bill than i believed to be fair since i had to change from what i reserved. When i asked what they could do about it, i got a snarky remark about how they already gave a few free miles. Just go to a better company and U haul it.

Don't even bother. These guys are a waste of time and money. All I wanted to do was extend my rental deadline, and it took 30 minutes and several people to get the extension added. I later found out that it doesn't even matter if customer service does it. The actual store has to do it. The phone number listed is for customer service, not the store. Customer service had to give me their number. And when I tried to call them they wouldn't pick up for a period of over an hour. I never even reached the store before giving up. They also charge ridiculous fees and are literally TWICE as expensive for the same services received at U-Haul. With U-Haul I could also pick it up whenever I wanted that day, and I could return it that same night for free. FOR FREE. Budget charges you a fee to return your truck EARLY. How ridiculous. And there was a $50 fee to cancel with these jerkoffs when I was fed up with their service. Even after the cancellation fee I still saved money by using U-Haul. What a joke. How are they still in business.

Made reservations two weeks ago and called to confirm two hours prior to pickup and they said it was there drove 80 miles to pickup and there was no truck even available for a week and they basically said sorry thats all we can do! There customer service sucks they basically just left us hanging! Rent uhaul they cost alittle more but way worth it!! These guys are a joke!!!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They were rude and had absolutely no information to provide me. This place is an absolute joke.
