I reserved a truck for a move. The morning of, I got a phone call that said there wasn't a truck available. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude. I called customer service to get help. Please know that when you make a reservation, the company is not required to have a truck available, so I'm not really sure what the point is of making a reservation.

Friendly service, but rushed. Was told something incorrect about the car trailer (how to set the tire straps) that could have ended in my car coming loose! Very difficult to navigate a large truck with trailer in the small parking lot. Definitely feels tacked on to the storage business.
