Ordered Flowers 2/13 in the morning for delivery on 2/14. Told the lady I wanted to spend $x total. She was out of most of the flowers I requested. She couldn't give me a delivery time for the next day but ensured me they would be delivered on 2/14. 2/14 comes and the flowers never show up. The charge definitely shows up on my credit card, but it is over 20% higher than what was discussed. I call several times during the day and left messages at the shop and no one answered or returned my call. The recipient calls me and asks about them. They are up until 9:30 pm and no one came. The last message I left stated that the flowers hadn't arrived and I was charged more than I should have been. I receive a call from a man (the owner?) the next day, 2/15 at about 1pm MTN time. He immediately tells me they did nothing wrong. I explain to him that the extra charges were not discussed or approved and the flowers didn't show up on time. He accuses me of lying and this being a "he said she said situation" and then when I told him I will dispute it with my credit card, he says "oh, so you are just bitching to your credit card to get free flowers." This was VERY insulting and unprofessional. He continued to accuse me of making this stuff up and telling me that they did nothing wrong. He told me the extra charges were "industry standard" and that the lady must have told me but it was my fault. I told them VERY clearly I wanted to ONLY spend $X and they took it upon themselves to charge more. I was willing to let it go until the owner called me up and got very rude with me. When he hung up to "talk to his wife to find out what happened" he called me back and his greeting was "are you ready for round 2?" This place is VERY unprofessional and rude. If there is a problem with your order, the owner will accuse you of lying for free stuff. I told him all I cared about was refunding the un-approved additional charges, mainly because the order was late and partially because it wasn't disclosed to me that it would be added on. I am going to dispute this with my credit card and never do business with this shop again. Oh, and they claimed to deliver to 8:30 pm that night and that this delivery was made at 8:29pm (convenient, right?). However, the entire family at the delivery address was up until at least 9:30pm and no one knocked or rang the bell. But that is just me "sticking up for her, I would too, buddy" according to the owner. This place is a joke.

I really do not recommend Buds and Blossoms Too. I bought my mother a large bouquet for Mother's Day. It cost 97.97 dollars. I had the bouquet delivered to my mother at her business. Once she received them she told me that most of them were terrible quality (dying and wilting). Not only that, but for almost 100 dollars I expected a much larger bouquet! It was honestly worst about 15 dollars....

You should really control your road rage if you're going to drive a car with your company's name all over it. Makes your business look bad.

Buds...and Blossoms, Too did not provide descent customer service when I tried to place a delivery order. Not only do they charge a $10 deliver fee (which is understandable and reasonable) but they also require that any delivery order be at least a $50 purchase. Why is there a minimum purchase amount if you are charging a fee that covers you cost of delivery?? If delivery is not your thing then don't offer the service at all. It makes people feel bad in an already tough situation when they can't afford $60 to send a simple flower or two. If you think this might be an issue for you then go to Arlene's Flowers and Gifts the service there is top notch and the prices are affordable; the staff is great to work with you and what you want.

Love this store! Experienced designers and quality work. They will deliver as far as Benton City and West Richland. There is a delivery fee, as it takes time and fuel to do so. The charge is reasonable though. If you aren't home, they will call you, leave with neighbors if possible, and tag your door to let you know. You can pick them up at the store, or have a friend do so. Pretty simple really! I love this store! You really have to see for yourselves as some of these reviews are just so wrong! Thank you Buds and Blossoms Too! You are my favorite flower shop in the Tricities!
