We called Buff after seeing them recommended on our neighborhood site by 2 individuals. After 2 appointments they were a no show... We let our neighborhood of over 400 homes know not to use Buff.

When we called they were more interested in where we heard about them, questioning over and over where our neighborhood was because they never heard of it (but had worked here). 

Finally, we got to the details of needing them to come to our home to inspect the roof. We scheduled an appointment with Dwayne for 3:00 on Tuesday. We made arranangements to be off work at that time, and no show and no call. So, we called them and got, "I am behind," and "I still gotta run down south." Ok, that means nothing to me, they need to learn to call customers proactively if they are late and we don't really care why. Also, as the customer, I was leading the conversation, there was a lot of silence on the other end. Better communication is a must. We rescheduled for 6:30. Another no show and no call...and no answer when we called. 

I can be flexible when things fall behind on the roofer end, but they need to give the customer a heads up. They don't know what we are putting aside on our end while we are waiting for their arrival that never happens. 

We've moved on... We found other options who know how to speak to customers on the phone professionally and show up. I am so glad this frustration with Buff is over.

We are extremely satisfied with the two roof replacements done by Buff Exteriors on our property. All the personnel, from the material drop off workers to the laborers, were professional, courteous, on-time and efficient. We found them through a neighborhood recommendation. Owner Gregg was thorough with his explanations and went above and beyond our expectations. A+!

Buff Exteriors replaced our hail damaged roof in Chesterfield, MO. The new roof was installed with high quality workmanship. The yard around the house was cleaned of shingle pieces and nails. My wife Joyce and I highly recommend Buff Exteriors. We were very pleased with their work.
