I brought it some items that were in fair condition and noticed they only accepted my boyfriend's old sneakers! I couldn't believe it! The staff is NOT FRIENDLY and the store SMELLS! Ugh! Or it could be the staff? Either way, not an overall good experience.

I love the idea of shopping for second hand clothes and I have definitely found some gems here. I suppose the most disheartening thing is bringing clothes in that you fully expect to get money for - only to be told nothing is being taken. They seem to purchase male clothing more than female clothing. Made me feel like some sort of walking fashion faux pas at only 25. Like, I realize I'm not THAT cool anymore.. but I didn't think that what I wore wasn't stylish. Anywho - great stuff, "alternative" employees. You get what you get.

I went to buffalo exchange once lately, and it was my first time reselling my clothes at here. One of ladies who wears glasses went through my clothes. Eventually, she did not even take anything because my t-shirt is kind of faded. Ok I understand, but I wonder why she did not take my sweater even though it was in a brand new condition and has been worn once. What she said was she's looking men's jeans, shorts and so on. Then, why would you take a look even though I told you what I brought? Are you guys expecting pricey and luxury brand clothes only?

Buffalo Exchange doesn't deserve one star. I brought 5 bags of clothes to the store. My clothes were in impeccable condition. Brand names. They didn't buy one item. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

We took in four bags of clothes, very trendy & exactly what they said they were looking for. Fall wear, jeans, sweaters, T-shirt’s etc. they didn’t buy anything of ours, said we had nothing they’re looking for right now! Seriously?! We also looked around and all the clothes were old and worn out with holes and looked like stuff my grandma wouldn’t even wear & are way over priced! So unless you have crappy old clothes to get rid of or want to buy crappy clothes I don’t recommend this place!
