Story

Our first restaurant opened its doors in 1985 in Roswell, Georgia. Since then, we’ve grown to over 25 Buffalo’s Cafe restaurants around the world (with plenty more coming soon to a city near you). This is a family style/sports bar type atmosphere. I would have given it 5 stars however if the family goes there to eat-in the service can be a bit long and inattentive and its hit or miss on any given day. The staff is friendly and the place is pretty clean so ok to eat in. The food seems pretty good and the wings are by far the best I can find locally where they fry them well to be crispy on the outside and tender internally the way it should be. We usually do take out for game day of college or pro football etc. The Tangled Texas Twists is a delicious appetizer I would recommend and gets devoured by everyone.

Thought this place was part of buffalo wild wings, it’s not. The wings are awesome. Small crispy wings. If you like wings, you know what I’m getting at. You order wings by the weight not by the wing. I like the hot ranch lightly covered. It is a bar/restaurant so they have keno.

Food was good. Had wing dinner. Bread and wings were good, roasted corn on the cob was amazing, kettle chips were just ok. Waitress was great. Attentive, but not too much as to be harassing. Drinks stayed filled. Overall good experience.

Buffalos has always been one of my favorites for wings. This location definitely doesn't let me down. I have always had great service when visiting.

We came on a Friday night, I believe our server was Caitlyn. We ordered a burger and two of the all you can eat wings. The server was friendly when she was at the table, but it took her 8 minutes to give an initial greet, I ordered a Coke with my meal and it never came, both my husband and son had hot wings and their drinks stayed empty most of the meal due to lack of attentiveness from our server.
She was very forgetful, and seemed overwhelmed. Both my husband and I had been in the industry for over ten years so we don't give bad ratings just because, since we completely understand what goes on behind the scenes.
When she did come by the table to ask if we needed anything, she would quickly say ok and never return with the items.
So this had an affect on our overall experience.
The wings were good, the burger looked amazing but lacked flavor,it still filled me up and it wasn't terrible,it just want anything to have over.
The host seemed more interested in talking to a table of teens(possible friends of hers) then she did in asking us how we were doing and how many were in our party. So the initial welcome gave us the idea that they don't take pride in training their employees the importance of first impressions.
Overall, we enjoyed a meal as a family but in order for us to leave wanting to come back the service would have had to be better. I would suggest to management to do better in training these young folks on what real customer service is. If the food at a place is just "ok" but the service is outstanding then more than likely people would leave wanting to come back for a second chance.
