Just went in to get a few extra car keys.  Jack, the general manager, had me in and out in less than five minutes. He was congenial, let me go out and test the keys to make sure they worked, and even gave me four keys for the price of two because I was a repeat customer and for "restoring his faith in humanity". Every time I've been, they've been absolutely wonderful. They've even come to bat when I've had issues in the parking lot unrelated to them. Wonderful business with exceptional service.

What nice people. My car-top Yakima box was missing its keys. I drove it in to the store, and they picked the locks for me. The locksmith even lent his lubricant spray to a non-customer nearby who was having trouble with their car-top box lock.

As a customer service professional, I can be critical of how businesses operate and communicate with clients. Today I had to call Buffalo Lock and Key in Boulder to fix a project a different locksmith screwed up last week. Not only did they fit me into their schedule, they fixed the issue (with a very complex lock) within minutes. They felt so bad about my experience with the other company, they gave me the deal of a lifetime on their services. I am a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. Thanks for being the best at what you do!

These guys are great. I've been to their store for both duplicating a key and picking a lock with both times having been courteous and fast in service. Can't complain about the service they offer.
