I work down the street so I eat there very often. Today I called because I had a slight problem with my food. Spoke to a manger and she was very friendly and helpful. She fixed my issue right away and I did not have to do much. I love the customer service there, they are all very friendly. Could use new cooks though.

Food was tasty. We ended up getting our appetizer at the same time as the meal. Service was acceptable.

Great place for wings. Good Burgers, Salads, and apps too.  Kid friendly, prices are good, and service is good.

Good wings. Fast lunch for the work crowd. The new BWW rewards app is pretty good too.

Went here yesterday and started off as bad as it ended. It took 23 minutes to get our drinks and took 45 minutes to get an appetizer. Would have been nice to get the appetizer before our main course but that didn't happen. We ended up just getting 2 go boxes for our food so we could get on with our day. Also the lemonade  was sugar only.   we won't return. Sad cause they were not packed and were understaffed. Also the waitress had all the time in the world to complain about the kitchen but still we had too ask her for drinks 3 times. This place is a joke. I recommend and other place if you want food and drinks within an hour.
