Pretty good as far as the restaurants go food is consistent and always good. The staff is super friendly.  The food usually takes a bit longer then normal if you order online expect  to wait at least an extra 10 minutes. unless you set a pick up time.

Very nice and clean. Food was decently fast, cooked well, and warm. Never had any troubles at a BWWs before though.

Service was good, management was engaging....  I just couldn't say that the wing sauce was good.  It was thickened, and not too much flavor past heat.  For local, good wings, stick with Wing House.

The Tuesday wing special is hard to beat! Friendly staff and great service!

First time at this BWW - ordered to go and even though I arrived after the pick up time the order wasn’t ready. The only plus with that is that it was about 7 minutes (after being told constantly “she” will be right with you) so the food wasn’t cooling down. Then when they did arrive with an order - it was wrong - of course. Don’t fret though - they also screwed up the re-order too. Pretty classic. They are pretty bad at the online orders/take away. To make things better they “threw in” part of the messed up order and a $5 gift card - but you have to use it here. Just for edification - the order all told was 29 minutes late. 

I am a fan of BBW and this one is close to my hotel so I will probably order from here again but I would not make a special trip here - if not sharing a rental car I would not even come here.

UPDATE: I came back and it was nearly a repeat of the previous visit. Order wrong and 15 min late - of course..... Just not a good location.
