Updated Review: regarding the service review I wrote below, I was pleasantly surprised that I received a call from the manager the following day to discuss my order and apologized for the service. He said he discussed the issue with the employees so this doesn't happen again. I was really impressed with the manager and the follow up because I wasn't expecting to hear anything from it. I'm changing my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. Awesome manager at Buffalo Wild Wings. Original Review: We placed an online order for take out and upon arrival at the time I specified in the order, it wasn't ready. Not a big deal and so they gave us a paging coaster for when it would be ready. Well...we waited and waited and waited, finally after 35 minutes of waiting and still no paging, we went back up and asked if they had forgotten about us & they said "oh we were wondering whose order that was sitting in the hot box all this time". By the time we got them home the wings were starting to get dried out and the other food we had picked up at another restaurant before this stop was already cold. Thanks Buffalo Wild Wings.

Only two stars for this visit, normally would be higher: Very slow non-service. We sat for @10 min before our server or anyone came to the table, had to stop an employee to ask for s server. Once our server came she was polite and initially took care of us, but then wasn’t to be heard from. She chatted with the table next to us several times and for extended visits but just walked by our table. I actually had time to leave, drive my son to a school event, come back and the drink my wife had ordered as I left was just getting to the table when I got back. Place wasn’t busy, food was good like normal. Think it was just this server. Spoke with the manager, Austin, after we paid our bill. Austin was very understanding and polite and offered a remedy for this trip.

Great service!! Zach was awesome!! He took our drink order right away and even helped me pick out a new beer when the one I wanted was out. Thank you for making out night better Zach!!

So we just went to buffalo wild wings and we were held hostage. The waitress tried to force me to sign up for rewards. Because I declined she wouldn't bring our bill for 30 minutes and charged us full boat for everything( on 70 cent bonless thursday). Also we were charged $3.50 for a coke. What a joke, I will never go back and I will tell the world what this waitress did.There must of been a contest going on and she was trying to get her quota. Stupid bimbo.This place needs an employee clean out.

I love BWW, I've been to many locations, in many cities, in multiple states, but this experience was pretty bad. We ordered 2 iced teas and our server returns to our table with 1 iced tea, and 1 empty cup, she told us this is the last tea, so we shared one tea, with zero opportunity for a refill, it was on the bill. We ordered fried pickles, they looked horrible, and were about half the normal portion size. We ordered boneless and bone-in chicken wings, neither of which were anywhere near BWW standards. 2 stars for friendly staff, but won't be back to this location.
