Great, prompt service. We came on a football Sunday and were treated as if the staff was not overwhelmed, which they could have been. Everyone was professional and friendly. We enjoyed our wings which arrived hot and fresh. Overall, a really pleasant experience.

It's a bad addiction. I love the people and the seasonings. But god forbid the beer taste like it should, coming from the taps. I can't put my finger on it but it seems like a cleaning agent in the beer. Also the wings seem to be from a new distributor that doesn't seem to care too much on quality. Deep fried blood, un-plucked, and weird soar pores from the feathers. But for the most part I enjoy my time there and can't help but continuing to come back in the hope that the wings get better. No hope for the beer though. Just stick to bottle. Pictures included were all from the same boat of wings.

The waitress we were given, no name was given, was a total negligent witch. The reason for this review is because of inconsistency with this place. Sometimes, we've had awesome customer service but tonight like many others we get some airheaded, inconsiderate waitress that gives us the WORST service ever. The only reason that we like to even go is for my son. He loves the wings, but the service is always a hit or miss. The tension was so high from our service, the manager kept coming over making it obvious that he was making an intent to let the server know he was more worried about making her comfortable than us, the customers, my son my wife and me. It was so ridiculous with how this server would just drop our drinks on the table and run off. Then when we got our ticket, she never even mentioned why our second drink was higher, she said "oh did you confused sir?" She never mentioned happy hour was in effect. She failed to come over and let us know a happy hour was ending. She was a total f****** bit**.

I always come here and today I placed an ordered to go  over the phone ,not only did they keep me waiting to check out , when I got my order I checked it like I usually do , only had 1 ranch when I ordered 14 wings(how can I enjoy then with just 1 ranch ) so I asked for more the lady told me it would be extra , cool with me. But the guy after me asked for extra ranch NEVER did they mention the extra charge to him. Why because he was white and I’m Hispanic.? How sad! Never will I go there again

This place is awesome! We always have good service when here and we usually stay 3 hours and we don't even drink. We come to watch our football games here.  Food is good, a bit pricey but oh well.
