Experience was great. The waiter did there job. The food came out in a timely manner. The food was good. I can say that to me this location is smaller than other buffalo wild wings. The smaller size looks like it would become an issue on big events. The view however is great with the usual nice size and clear view of the tv's!

Both me and my girlfriend have been sick as a dog for 3 days. We ordered wings at 8pm on Friday and we have been in and out of the bathroom stuck in our hotel room for 3 days. Fun way to spend our weekend being that she drove in from new york just to get food poisoning.

The worse experience ever. Placed our order around 330pm , meals did not come out of the kitchen until after 440pm. The manager nor the staff came and told us they were out of buns for the hamburgers that were ordered. Until we asked why our food did not come they never said a word. The manager I spoke with had no business being the on duty manager. He had no customer service skills and appeared not to really care about anything. I would never recommend to anyone to come to this BWs. Now I understand why they have a two star rating

Slowest place ever!! My husband and I ate here 4 months ago. Two hours in we hadn't received all of our order, definitely didn't get any drink refills or any explanation except they were backed up in the kitchen. It wasn't the only time the service sucked but we decided it would be our last trip. Well, my son asks if we can get some wings and my response is "only if we order and pick it up".I place the order online and it says pick up in 45 minutes..I did not arrive one minute before and we have been waiting an additional 40 minutes because, again, they are backed up in the kitchen. I think I have given this place more than a fair shot. No more!

The waitress was good, but the food was very slow coming. I got boneless wings and they were hard as rocks and cold. My husband got bone in wings that tasted like they had been rolled in salt . We have been coming here for years and it's never been this bad. We will not be going back. Avoid this place if at all possible.
