Ordered lunch from online & was pretty disappointed with the outcome especially since I don't have the luxury of going to get something else since I'm at work. 
I was given the wrong cheese, there was barely any sauce, I was given fat free ranch which I didn't specifically ask for that kind and I wasn't given the vegetable boat I paid an extra 60cents for. The food in general was just bland and not what I expected. Its my fault for not checking before i left if everything was in the bag but i mean my goodness. And for only 2 people eating in there at the time I showed up, I find it interesting that my order was so messed up. The waitresses were very nice though. I didn't have an issue with them. But thats a 9.00 meal that was completely destroyed. Wont be returning for quite a while :/ i mean mistakes happen but yikes.

We were seated right when we arrived and then sat there ignored for 20 minutes, because our server had just gone on break. They refused to make ANY substitutions, even to accommodate my diabetes and management was no help. They seemed accustomed to the complaints and had their script ready. Buffalo Wild Wings has never been good, but last night they were just flat out terrible. The service, FOOD & management. I'll NEVER go back.

I am typically waiting around a little while to get my order put in and get my food out to me, even if the store is relatively empty. The wait staff is friendly and the food is great. There is a pretty good selection of beer here. The bathrooms are outstanding.

Buffalo Grilled Chicken Salad was fresh & very good - endless brewed sweet tea was plentiful - waitress was pleasant & timely

You can watch football and drink a beer or whatever and eat great food. Awesome place. Great service to.
